The microphone in my cheap earbud is terrible, so I wanted something better. This is the perfect solution. The sound quality is acceptable and the price is outstanding. There is nothing to install - you just plug it in and you're good to go. Now, I wouldn't use this thing to record a podcast, but for meetings and Skype calls it is just right. I don't like buying super expensive, high-end devices because things get lost or broken in the real world.
