My only slight complaint is about the packaging, as the bag has a thin ziplock seal that split away from the side of the bag the second time I opened it. However, it isn't a major issue as, knowing it will take me quite a while to use the entire 4lb bag, I was already planning to transfer the flour to a freezer-safe container to keep it as fresh as possible.
