Northdeer Soccer Shin Guards for Kids Adults. Sleeves with Optimized Insert Pocket - Protective Soccer for Boys Girls Men

So far I love these.I'm not using them as they're intended for Soccer.I do stagehand work & video / film production.Especially when I'm doing stagehand work I'm pushing large cases around.I am constantly banging my shines.I'm still fighting a big open wound from several months ago that I had to see my doctor and a wound specialist for.That's why I ordered these.I love that these are a sleeve with a hard slide in shell.My biggest concerns were that they'd slide down, stretch, or I'd rip themSo far they haven't slid down and they're so comfortable to wear that I don't realize they are there.I've only had them 2 months so I can't honestly say how they might hold up with time as far as stretching or ripping.The sleeve seems to be well made so I have high hopes.The shell itself give good coverage around the front of my shins where I constantly bruise myself.The back side of the hard shell has some rubber to isolate it from your shin upon impact.Their is a specific right & left shell which seems to better protect your legs.The first time I put them on I didn't pay attention to that and I definitely notice better coverage doing it right.The sleeve goes on and off easy enough.I try to keep the sleeve to the front putting on but I usually have to make a slight adjustment which is easy.As a bicyclist I have leg and arm wind sleeve for colder days.The material of these seems to be similar to those. I would guess the material is also close to the woman's tights.I was really debating between all the choices on Amazon.Definitely way to many.For Soccer some might offer some better protection being larger.Others were like these but had velcro fasteners.I wanted a set that easily fit under my pants without making bulges, wouldn't slip as I was afraid straps would, even with velcro if they slid down as your leg tapers.Again, these are extremely comfortable and many of the others don't look like they would be.Normally I don't give 5 star as I feel to many are not real. Personally I put more faith in the 4 star.At this point I feel these deserve 5 star unless they later stretch to the point that they don't stay in place,If that happens I may be able to modify this later.Again, for soccer, I can't honestly say how they protect against others. For comfort these are great and look like they would be better than any of the others I was looking atIf you're like me and looking for work or yard protection - definitely consider theseIf you find others for soccer to be uncomfortable, definitely try these.

These soccer guards worked great to protect my child's legs during game play. The padding is enough to keep the legs safe. The sleeves that accompany the guards keep them in place. It is a good value for the money.

Edited: I wanted to update my review. The company reached out and was extremely professional and kind. They have handled the issue.The shin guards seem nice but the packaging was opened when delivered and there was long black strands of hair stuck to the shin guards. I don’t know if they were returned and that’s why or if it was in shipping.

My daughter wanted this style of shin guard since it’s what most of the girls on her soccer team wear, and it’s definitely more streamlined than the traditional Velcro kind. The guards slide easily into the included pocket sleeves, and I love that I don’t have to adjust anything — no straps to deal with!The set comes with two guards and two sleeves, which work well, but because it’s a four-piece system, I do worry about pieces getting lost. So far, though, we’ve managed to keep everything together. I also like that they come in a variety of colors so she could pick something that matches her style. Just keep in mind you still need to buy regular soccer socks to wear over them.Overall, great design and function, so I would buy again!

Not great. Got them for my son and the shin guards keep slipping out. Got something else in the end and these are just collecting dust.Update June 5th 2025 - seller offered to make things right - excellent customer service

Work great! My daughter only has to slip the guard out to take lunch break and then back in after during soccer camp. She no longer has to remove socks and shin guards.

Fantastic fit for my 10 and 12 year-old boys very protective and a great design. I love that I can wash the covers and they fit the boys comfortably.
