Video issues at times, but better than an old school docking port. *by S***L on October 23, 2017* We have over 100 of these docks installed, and agree with others about the flickering monitors. We have had the best luck with higher-end DisplayPort cables. Spend the extra $20 and get one from a cable manufacturer, rather than the cheapie sent with your monitor. You could also go single DisplayPort + single VGA if so inclined. The DVI to VGA adapter in the box is perfect for that. For large or mixed deployments, make sure you keep the 90W adapters with them, or you'll receive power error messages. Keep a 65W with the laptop and 90W at your "home base." All in all, a worthwhile investment.
