A: Standard Amazon return policy

**Q: If power off between uses in rv must the wally be set up each time?  or does it remember its set up configuration forever?**
A: In the instances when we have lost power our Wally had to go back through the set up. Frustrating because sometimes it takes several minutes to reconnect and it doesn't remember the station you were on. But if you just turn it off it remembers the station you wrer on when you turn it back on.

Got this quickly. The OEM box showed some wear and tear, but I was not buying the box. The received looked great, and the remote looked like new. Connected to my home system to set up to replace the receiver I use with my tailgater. Once connected, the updates and activation took no time at all. I was on hold with Dish longer than for the rest of the process to activate it.
