Q: What country is it made in?

There is a label wrote"Made in China" on the product package

Q: I like the hats - ordered the navy & khaki, but on the khaki cap the seam from the top of cap to bill is crooked can I just return the khaki one?

I'm sure you can I have had no problem returning items to Amazon they are good about that

Q: What is the length from the button to the side? I don’t want it hitting my ears

About 6.5 inches. I measured from the side of the button to where it stops above my ear. I think these are designed more for men than women since I have mine as small as possible and it's still a little big.

Q: Why just one size? On a smaller head the back looks homeless.

I have a child's size head. It is adjustable. I have it on often and feel it is comfortable, fits, well and is lightweight.
