Review: Budget friendly success! - Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this item after reading an overwhelming amount of other reviews on other products. I was worried our dogs would flip the plastic slow-feed bowls, so I liked the idea of placing this inside the existing heavy steel bowls we have. This item was a perfect fit in our adult dog bowls, and was able to bend to fit in our puppy bowl too! It suctioned extremely well. I tried this with all 3 dogs (lab, lab/pit mix & lab/heeler pup) and everyone went from inhaling everything in under 30 seconds to spending a leisurely 3-4 minutes snarfing up all the food! It worked just as well with the puppy size pieces and larger adult pieces, we feed 1 cup at a time. I really thought the silicone fins would just bend/be easily manipulated but I was impressed by how different it made feeding time. No big burps/hiccups/throwing up! I will definitely order 2 more so these can be a fixture in everyone’s bowl. It cleaned up very easily with a quick soap/water rinse.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked Well

Bought this to slow my puppy down on her eating habits and it has worked like a charm. She is eating at a much more normal pace now which my older dogs appreciate as she was finishing so quickly that she was trying to steal their food. It fit perfectly into her bowl with no alterations required. The only issue is that I had to buy a second one because she figured out how to pull the first one out of her dish and destroyed it. But I gave it another shot and we haven’t had that issue again. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to slide their dog’s eating habits but doesn’t want to switch dishes.
