This like is no joke about 4x brighter than a regular "surefire" type professional flashlight. I'm in the Army as a Military Police Soldier so I have been through my share of flights over the last 22 years. This the first one in my life that I liked so much, I bought a 2nd one. I put it in my wife's car for emergencies.PROs:Stupid-bright. It's so bright you will go out in your back yard at night and play with it! Dead serious people.The projected light has no lines in it or shadows. It's like a light used in a theater - just clean and clear super-white light.Carrying case came with many extras. Has a 110v charger that recharges the enclosed battery and has a sleeve that you can put regular batteries in.Flashlight is as heavy and solid as a Surefire brand light.Has different modes: bright; dim; strobe (would be good when clearing a bldg with a possible criminal inside), and strobe.Whatever mode you last used, the flashlight remembers. You don't have to keep cycling thru the different modes. Cycling operates different than on/off.Rechargeable battery charges somewhat fast - like 2-4 hours or so.Despite coming from China, arrived in like 9 days.That price! Surefire lights not as bright as this are going for near $100 these days.CONs:Black case that holds all the extras is a cheap plastic even though it looks like a Pelican box.The recharger feels a little cheap as well. This is made in China afterall.The rechargeable battery seems to run down after about 30 minutes of constant use.SUMMARY: The cons are so minor. I gave this 5 stars and bought a 2nd one. And I wrote a review on here! I rarely do that, especially this long. Check out my history. And buy this light and give it out as gifts.

Ordered this flashlight A few months ago opened it up and it worked awesome put it back in its case and went camping this past week the flashlight did not work after charging the batteries and putting new batteries in it works on a very low setting it changes modes on its own and starts blinking then it gets really bright then immediately gets dull and of course it is now out of return policy for Amazon and it's seller I have no way to contact the seller for a return or a replacement so I would not recommend this flashlight

Nice bright flashlight with case, charger and carrying holster. Charged the battery and put it in the light and it works. Nice bright light that is easy to focus. Has several modes that I haven't completely figured out, but seems like a high quality product.

After 8 hours in the charger, the battery failed to fully charge. The charge that did make it into the battery lasted 1.5 hours on high. The flash light got very hot during this test period. I have not worn the carrying case on my belt yet. I have seen the upper stitches fail on the belt strap with very similar cases, we shall see. The carry/shipping case is very weak and not to be taken seriously. I emailed the company about this review May 24 2017 but have had no response to date.

The interior contacts that are designed to touch the batteries don't seem to make consistent contact, so the flashlight flickers on and off uncontrollably. It is not usable and now out of the warranty period and will be trashed. It might be a good cat toy if only we had a cat. UPDATE 11/2019-THREW IT OUT BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK CONSISTENTLY-WASTE of money!

light has stopped working after only 1 hour of total service. something inside has broken. won't work even with 3 AAA batteries.who do I return it to? only 58 days old.

Terrible. The case didnt close and fell apart within minutes. Couldn't get the flashlight to work either. That may have been user error but I was so disappointed in the case it wouldnt have mattered. This was going to be a gift but I couldnt get past the poor quality of the case!
