They are exactly what I wanted, for my '22 Forester Wilderness. They are extremely sturdy, I have no concerns with loading them up to their capacity, which is far greater than most. These clamp down HARD. I have no concerns about my gear ending up in the road. I love the locking system with one key, even if its just a minor deterrent I have better peace of mind that my roof rig is safer. Regarding the Forester Wilderness, there is a lot of confusion and bad info around what bars fit, especially quality bars, and what system to mount them with. I have the Thule Evo Wingbar 50in Model 711320, they are mounted to the raised rail by the Thule Evo feet model 710410. Everything installed in minutes, no struggles at all.
