**Q: What country is this made in? some reviews said usa but the darker green one was pictured. i just want to make sure.**
A: It is made in the good old People's Republic. I have the box in front of me and it says in the bottom right corner "Made in China". Don't know why others said it's made in the US. It's a US company but it's definitely made in China.

**Q: are the yellow and red dyes toxic?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry.  The Dr. Brown’s™ AquaCool Water-Filled Teether is non toxic and complies with EN71 - Safety requirements for toys.

**Q: Is it dishwasher safe?**
A: Yes.  I did put it in a basket on the top shelf to be safe from melting,  but yes.

**Q: How do you remove the chemical smell?**
A: It did not come off for me. I washed it and sterilized it and it smelled worse!
