**Q: How do i go about exchanging the arla-janes size 7 for arla-glison size 7?**
A: You would need to contact amazon.  I'm sorry I don't know how.

A: But if you are a half size like 9.5 ; do I order 9 or go up a size to 10 ???

A: I agree with both Cindy and Teddy.  I would also add that I do not normally wear sandals when it is raining.

**Q: Are these good support for pregnant women when they go walking?**
A: They offer as much support as a flip-flop can. . . they're certainly not walking SHOES but they are comfortable to walk in as long as you're not doing a 5K walk or something.  I have a bad back, and these are very comfortable for me to wear when I go shopping; I even wear them to work most of the summer.  Even in the winter time I wear them in my house vs. going barefoot, wearing slippers or athletic shoes.  There's good arch support for my fairly flat feet.
