I’ve also used them as a base for simple desserts, mixed with fruit or honey, and even crumbled them for baking experiments. Taste is great, and size of each biscuit is perfect. Good source of fiber. Texture-wise, they do break apart easily, which might surprise first-time buyers, but that’s just part of how they’re meant to work. Flavor is mild and wheaty, not sweet, which makes them easy to customize. My only real complaint is availability.
