Just look for the Reolink camera app on the playstore. This app is designed for all of their camera models, and it may not list the Go PT, but it works just fine. The app has a PTZ interface, so obviously one or more of their other cameras has a zoom lens ps - the listing claims 'starlight night vision', which is not correct. Without the illuminator, the night time image is pitch black. I recommend adding extra lighting to work with this camera, and to try avoiding having any lights directed towards the lens to avoid glare. Do not allow any branches or other objects close to the camera, as those will get lit by the built-in LED's and then it becomes very difficult for the camera to see past those objects. The lens cover has problems. It catches light from the built-in LED's, so any rain drops or condensation over the lens will be lit up, and you can't see anything. And, the lens cover condenses really badly with cold & wet weather conditions **Q: What is typical data usage for this camera, what kind of data plan would be needed?** A: Hello, with 1 GB of data plan, under the default settings, it can be used for continuous live video viewing for 30 minutes in mainstream type(clear mode). I only need it several month a year so pre paid is what I use. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cannot configure camera parameters SEE UPDATE ON REBIEW *by D***H on June 11, 2024* Since I already have one of these cameras I decided to buy another one the first one is approximately 8 months old. The new camera came and I was excited however I could not set up the parameters for the camera. At parameters and PC client parameters were okay. Contacted support and they had made a few recommendations but they did not work. I returned the camera to Amazon for replacement and the replacement did the same thing did not work correctly for setting up camera parameters therefore I am sending that camera back and going to order a different brand unfortunately I really wanted to stay with Reolink. I only gave it two stars because it did have excellent video and the pan and tilt worked but that's allUPDATE!! After excellent communications with Reo Link I gave this camera a third try. Well this time the third camera worked excellent with no issues with setup whatsoever. I had told Reo Link that I believed in the product especially since I already own one and I know they are capable of good performance. So at this time I would like to change my 2 star back to 5 star and would especially would like to thank Sandy for the good and patient communications to make this happen. My advice is if you ever experience any problems and could work with someone like Sandy let her help you work it out.
