Context: I have had eczema my entire life but have never had a flair-up quite this bad. When I say my insecurity was through the roof because of how bad this flair-up was, it was BAD. I had this flair-up for about 3 months, and throughout the 3 months, I was vigorously moisturizing and using a steroid cream that was prescribed to me. I went to a handful of doctors who said to just "let it heal", and that's when I decided to take things into my own hands. One day, when shopping I found this herbal ointment and decided to give it a shot, and boy did it do WONDERS for my skin.The product: I've been using it for 3 days, twice each day, once in the morning and once at night. I think the pictures speak for the product! The flairs have lost all of the dry shedding skin, and have started properly healing. My skin has never felt so smooth and so moisturized! I've seen other reviews leave negative responses to the scent, but it smells quite delightful! If you're a fellow person who loves the smell of essential oils, this product smells great.The ONLY con to this product, if you can call it a con, is that it makes your eyes tear and it leaves a real cooling effect on the skin which threw me completely off guard.TLDR: God must've made this product because it did AMAZING. Well worth the money you spend.

I highly recommend this cream. I had this one spot on my leg for over 9 months. I first tried all the over the counter creams and after 2 months, I went to my doctor. She prescribed several different creams to get rid of this eczema, dermatitis rash of unknown etiology. Ive never had this kind of rash before -- I tried to eliminate lots of things that might be making it worse like laundry detergent, soap, and lotions, but nothing was working. And the medications would work for a couple of days and then it would flare up again. It was very frustrating. I took a chance and ordered this since it was different than everything else I tried. I figured, why not? As you can see, these are pictures from day 1 to day 7. It is almost 100% better. Of course, it is going to take awhile for all the redness to go away since it has been there so long, but you can see, the worst of it is gone. I find the scent pleasant but don't freak out when you first put it on. It is a "different" sort of scent. However, it literally stays there for a minute while you are rubbing it in and then the smell is completely gone. I can't say enough good things about it!!!EDIT: These pictures are out of order. I didn't post them this way. The last one shown is before I used cream, the first picture is the day after I used the cream, the 3rd picture was the 2nd day using the cream and the 2nd picture was the 3rd day.

This is the best, the most effective cream for skin problems that I have ever used. But when it's 18 dollars a tube, it's out of my budget.

I tried OTC cream and ointment prescribed by dermatologist but it doesn’t work, i saw this cream and tried it works for a week using it really healed and i ordered more of this to continue using in the other part of my body
