Review: This Works for me - Ok so let me start off by I am 5'8" and when i first bought this back in 2022 I was 157. I got back up to 151. not terrible considering I also slowed down on working out. I started taking again starting 05/23 and I am now at 146. So this deffinately works for my body and its not a laxative so you are not running every five minutes to the rest room. You will poop but they will be healhty poops that will not make you feel like you are loosing nutrition or dehydrated. I will add it works wonders with a healthy lifestyle (low carb diet, including veggies and fruits in your diet) paired with intermint fasting and remaining somewhat active will keep those burgers pizzas and chinese food off and drop pounds REAL quick.

I didn’t notice any immediate difference while using this supplement.
