I've been taking 3xdaily of this for about a week now and have noticed increased energy and stamina during my workouts. The pills are a nice and small size making them easy to swallow and consume with only water. I am very happy thus far and have already placed an order for a refill.

I took them for six weeks and I could not tell any difference. They did not give me energy, I didn’t lose any weight. I don’t think I would buy them again.😕
