Piece of crap. Does nothing.
Worthless product. It's quiet because air flow is extremely weak. So weak it's hard to tell when it's on or off. Expensive piece of crap. Don't waste your money.

Doesn’t work or fit

Piece of Junk. Worthless. Returned Immediately
Really wanted this to work. What a waste. Received and found the nostril pieces were so short it would even stay in my nose. No difference in air flow with fans on or off. Total crap.

$26 piece of garbage
Product does not generate sufficient positive air pressure to impact snoring in any way. Nasal pillows are so small they won’t stay in the nostril. Worse - the product indicated over 1,400 mostly positive reviews. The first three reviews are one star reviews for the device. Remaining positive reviews are for a cleaning product. Deceptive practices and rotten product.

Made for toddlers
So, first off, the nose inserts are for very small, small nostrils. The item wouldn’t stay in my nose. Once turned on, it blows a little bit of air…and then the second time I turned it on, the “on/off” button got stuck in the “on” position.

Cheap
It will fall out and then one of the fans quit working and now both do not work even fully charged. Cheap overall.

Why are there detergent reviews included …
In theory it could work. Manufacturers need to go back to make it more ergonomic. Also find a way to get rid of the humming noise. And why are there Spanish reviews of detergent included in the reviews?!
