The round one is separated into three compartments and you can't fit many meds in there. Also, the latch is not the greatest on this item. I might as well have just dumped the pills on the bottom of my purse because that's where they end up anyway with this item. I would look for another brand that has a different type of latch. **Q: How many big fish oil pills fit on one side?** A: One big calcium barely fit. **Q: Do the pills get mixed up once closed?** A: Mine don’t. The dividers are high enough that when closed there seems to barely be any space between the top of the divider and the mirror on the inside.
