I feel guilty giving this product 5 stars saying that I loved it, but it did get the mouse. For the first time in my life, I had a mouse in my 2015 Elantra. He feasted on an acorn squash left in my trunk one night, pooped all over the interior, chewed up pieces of papers, and creeped me out! I purchased a pack and put one in my car trunk and one on the floor near the back seat. I set it Saturday and Monday morning when I went to work I had a dead mouse. Of course, I felt terrible killing it, but it was either him or my car wires or jumping on me while I was driving. Either way, I would have been out of $$$ of electrical car repairs or had a heart attack on mouse contact. Needless to say, highly recommend. RIP poor critter.

I only used one trap so far, but in the first day or two it got two mice! I added a nudge of peanut butter in 2 spots and also a few sunflower seeds. Seems they loved that! Funny thing, I didn't even use the trap correctly and it still got them! I didn't remove the two sticky blockers and it still worked. I just read now that your supposed to, lol.I put this trap in my attic and a wooden one, both with peanut butter. They didn't go for the wooden, but they did with this sticky trap!Also the mouse can easily be fooled by these because you can just lay it flat on the floor.

This worked the first night, but don’t kid yourself into thinking this will be a catch and release program. My husband removed the mouse and released it, but it most likely didn’t survive since it still had glue on its limbs (not to mention all the prodding to get it off). We tried the humane catch traps, but after 3 weeks I was desperate. I like animals but I like my small children more and it was leaving droppings around the house.

Suddenly I had a mouse in the house (I'm hoping there was only the one). The critter outwitted the other traps I tried -- pulled out the peanut butter and sprang the traps twice.This trap worked immediately. I won't attach a photo, it was sad. My warning is that the mouse stuck -- and suffered. I felt like a murderer (which I guess I am).The instructions also say that the trap can be reused, but I do not think so.The poor thing was writhing and moaning in frustration and the trap was soiled. It's all I could do to bag it and toss it in the trash!But it does work....and I will use again.

Different snap trap models didn’t work; alternative natural non-poisonous solutions didn’t work. Mouse was too clever and/or experienced enough to fall for them. Didn’t want to use glue traps in the store because glue wasn’t strong enough based on past experience. However, I was desperate. This glue was super strong. Mouse didn’t want to go on the full size one so I cut it in half, placed a dab of peanut butter on each half and finally it was caught! Hooray! The mouse was half on the glue trap and half on the floor. That’s how caution it was. But the glue trap held up. The mouse couldn’t move and the glue trap didn’t move. Highly recommend product. While I was away my next door neighbor dug up 15 feet of dirt in their NYC backyard and neglected to put down traps. My landlord's solution after telling me we *may* have mice due to the construction was to provide me peppermint oil to spray around. That didn't work. Once I discovered a little critter running around I purchased snap traps and never caught a thing. I put my big girl pants on and decided I had to get glue traps. I placed one in front of the closet where I saw droppings and 2 days later found a dead mouse in the glue trap. Mind you I forgot to even properly set up the glue trap by removing the plastic pieces and pushing the sides together to make the trap even sticker. Now I have traps that are properly set to see if any more these critters are hiding in my apartment.

I bought this to end a rat problem I was having in my kitchen. Unfortunately, the rat was clever enough to avoid and often push the trap out of his/her way. However, it was effective in handling another problem I was not aware I had and that is catching roaches!I woke up several days in a row to find dozens of roaches trapped! I have now gone through all four traps and with the last one only holding four roaches I think I've effectively taken care of at least one of my pest control issues.
