This is my second Lutec light. It is easy to install, easy to adjust. The light is very bright and will work just fine on my rural garage. I played around with the sensitivity last night to adjust properly. It is not overly sensitive which is perfect for a rural setting. I don’t need falling leaves and wind to set it off. This is my second LUTEC product. The first one is 2 years old and still works fine.
