breakfast supplement
This is a great supplement to add to your morning smoothie. I have used it for quite a while. It gives a nice berry flavor to my smoothie while boosting the benefits of it. I love the fact that it is gluten free.

Best flavor
My whole family loves this stuff. I use the recipe on the back (plus a scoop of chocolate protein powder) to make smoothies and it tastes better than any $10 smoothie I've ever bought anywhere else.

Perfect base for a good smoothie bowl!
This is honestly the best thing that has ever happened to me, especially if you love, thick, smoothie bowls. This with a couple of frozen bananas that I literally buy in the bag & boom! It saves me the trouble of having to use ice or extra frozen fruit. Which gives me more budget to experiment with the fresh fruit that I put on top. Definitely a household favorite. No more ice in my smoothies!

Just another powder
I made this into a smoothie bowl, and it gave the smoothie a gritty chalky taste. It’s not great. It’s not terrible but not what I’d hoped for.
