It says China. **Q: How do u clean them if they are reusable?** A: Place them back on the plastic holder or hold them gently and get makeup remover on a cloth or a clean mascara wand and clean it gently. As for the glue I recommend duo lash glue. You can easily peel it off the lash line. **Q: Are these cruelty free, or human hair?** A: There isn't a label on the description or the packaging. I’ve tried most types of falsies: Ardell, KISS, Koko; from $1 all the way to $20 per pair. I have to say, these are the lashes with the whole package. They’re lightweight and sooo comfy (a big one for me, since I wear contacts when I wear lashes), they look super natural but glam at the same time. Not that fake plastic look, they look like mink lashes. They’re very reusable (In the pics shown, this is my 5th time wearing this pair.) They’re easy to apply as well. The only thing I would say, is if you don’t trim them enough, they seem to fall and not have that perfect curled up look. So make sure to trim them enough to your eye size so that they can stay curly and fit your eye right. Each pair is a little different, and I’m honestly not sure if that’s intentional because it’s so unnoticeable, you could pair any lash in the pack with each other and it would look fine. This is my second time buying these lashes and I intend to buy more!
