But then I am not a scientist. I cannot fathom why titanium dioxide is added unless it makes the tablet whiter....but who cares what colour it is as long as it is free from nasties and of a convenient size for easy swallowing. The product requires an anti caking agent and a bulking agent and if its in capsule form then it needs added stuff for the capsule but check ingredients carefully when buying. There are plenty of magnesium tablets/ capsules on the market and choose one that suits you with as few other ingredients as possible. I try all sorts of different mag .tablets until I find one that suits.
