Review: This seems like a miracle. - My adult disabled daughter has been in severe pain with her back for years. She's been to the pain clinic, had x-rays etc and is on two of the strongest painkillers it's possible to take. We still have to cover her back with Deep Heat and she is very stooped. The other weekend she was in tears with the pain - she's a strong person and this must have been bad. Then I saw the advert for the Pain Gone pen. I was sceptical but desperate so sent off for it and it is worth it's weight in gold. In a matter of days she was and has stayed pain free. She no longer has me put that smelly cream on her back three of four times a day and she's been able to cut back on the painkillers too. As she is a long-term Warfarin user, we use the pen on top of a layer of clothing and she's not been bruised. A friend bought the older model and didn't find it helped so has now purchased this orange/white new model and is also benefitting too. Just a fantastic item and I only wish it had been around years ago to save her suffering.

A: If a product is sold to you and it is clearly faulty, then the seller has a legal requirement to replace or refund as the item sold is not of merchantable quality.

**Q: What way does the battery go in is it + down?**
A: The + goes in first. The alternative view would be that with a choice of 2 ways try each and settle for the one that works - this is meant to be helpful as it would save a lot of time.

**Q: Would I be allowed to take it on an aircraft**
A: I take mine on the aircraft sometimes in hand luggage, especially on long journeys. I have not used it on he plane but in transit airports I have. If you are going to places where English is not spoken much I would suggest you put it in your checked-in luggage as it is a little difficult to explain exactly what it is!

**Q: How long is it expected to last**
A: Paingone plus is powered by a AAA battery and as such will not require replacing - just change the battery when necessary.

Easy to direct to the area(s) one is trying to influence. (Other tens devices operat in sklightly differnt ways,though on the same principle. -have had a previous one for about 8 years and am wondering whether it's age and use are begining to tell.....so will check it out in the next few weeks. Important to understand the capabilities and limitations of this piece of kit .....but ,within those, I'd still say, good/worthwhile (else I wouldn't have bothered getting a repacement (as it's near doubled in price).
