It's a solvent, not an adhesive itself. Yes it will unstick fingers but don't use too much as it can be absorbed by the skin and is not good for you! Better to avoid getting it on the skin at all. Use gloves or application tools. It will dissolve Evostik adhesive that has been set for a long time; just immerse the object for 24 hours and the job is done. **Q: Will it remove platic labels stuck windows that have baked on by the sun** A: Hi, I'm not sure as I've only ever used it to remove labels from glass jars. **Q: Will this remove dried on Serious glue?** A: I think this is a question for a chemist! I haven't known Serious glue. The Evostik cleaner I used was for (probably) not superglue or Serious glue.
