I would order 1 large pack (these are twice the size of supermarket packs) or 2 packs if you like a 1/2 inch covering. If you are happy to either freeze any leftovers, or make marzipan sweets/chocolates, then order more. I find this paste freezes well, and can be used at a later date, and still keeps its flavour. Enjoy your baking! **Q: What is expiry date** A: I ordered one yesterday 25/4/23 it arrived 26/4/23 - with an expiry date of end of March 2022 !!! But, I wasn't making it for me so I stuck the the recipe. I had no idea just how good Marzipan was, I guess years of eating cheap stuff used on mass produced cakes had me off for life.
