Turns out taking high doses of some vitamins can help reduce BP - which I really didn't need to do! It took a while to find a supplement doesn't have more than recommended maximums (as per WebMD and NHS guidelines) but this does the job perfectly. I ordered 60, which came in a metal container. Robust and absolutely recyclable.
