In other words I overload with iron from whatever I eat or drink. I am monitored carefully and last year my red blood cell count became very high and this is dangerous. I was at imminent risk of heart attack and stroke. I had a bone marrow biopsy to check for cancer however this was normal thank goodness. My cousin is married to a Japanese woman and mentioned the anti thrombotic effects of Nattokinaise which they eat... fermented soy beans, not for the faint hearted! Since that time I have taken this product just once a day. My bloods are now perfect however I will always load iron. May be a coincidence that it's not happening as quickly now. Time will tell. Review: I am a therapist and I look very hard for the best for myself and my clients - So far this is the only Nattokinase I have found to work for lowering HBP. I take eight (8) a day, to keep my HBP in a reasonable range. With my recent orders, I had to go back up to eight because your product was not available for a while.
