## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this a retro- fit item or does it need to be fitted when the shower is installed**
A: Can be fitted anytime as long as your riser is the correct diameter.

**Q: can i fix this onto a tiled wall ?**
A: No this does not have any fittings to attach directly to a wall. According to my plumber it attaches to a grohe shower - but not the one that we have installed! Unfortunately description does not convey exactly what it is to be used with.

**Q: Is it chrome ?**
A: Mine is transparent plastic

**Q: What diameter shower rail does this item fit?**
A: It will fit 22mm shower rail, however that will be a loose fit since the hole is about 22.25mm

Nice item which fits perfectly on the Euphoria Shower Rail as well as the advertised Tempestra. I only mention this so you don't buy and have to send back the 'Tray for the Euphoria' which doesn't - I assume it's for the Shower unit and not the rail.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is for a 22mm size riser rail not all grohe kits.

As stated by others it does not fit all grohe riser rails no matter what the description says it is for a 22mm diameter tubular rail. It will take some adjustments to make it fit my newly purchased grohe TEMPESTA 100 riser rail kit which has a 25mm tube size. YOU REALLY NEED TO CHECK THAT YOUR TUBE SIZE IS 22MM
