This Halti arrived promptly and is a better design as well as much better made. The webbing is wider so less pressure on the dog skin. It was easy to fit on the dog and stays in place. The buckles and clips are robust. Most important of all it works and my dog is happy to wear it. She is calm and walking much better without pulling. So all in all a success. My only gripe, and it really is just a small issue, the packaging does not do the product justice, creates a poor impression and can’t be helping sales. A small plain plastic bag like a supermarket food bag with a rather tatty piece of paper showing difficult to read minute printed instructions. Other than that all good. Why just four stars?
