I love this stuff! It is the only pre-workout I've taken, but here are a few notes about it.1. It makes random parts of me super itchy/feels like tingling numbness. This is due to the beta-alanine in it, but it isn't harmful. The first few weeks I only used a half scoop until my body could kind of get used to it. Also, it's difficult to find a pre-workout that doesn't have beta-alanine in it. There are only a few and they're usually pretty expensive.2. Mixes super well - it's a very fine powder.3. I got watermelon - it tastes amazing and is refreshing.4. The caffeine is enough to give me a serious laser-focus during my workouts, and I don't have a "crash". It lasts for hours - so don't take this in the evening!6. I'm a girl - so at first I was concerned about taking creatine which is in it, but I haven't experienced any water weight gain or anything weird like that. I think the creatine in this (5g I think) is just enough.5. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend it to anyone!

I just ordered my second can, because this RUSH (Endorush) is an important part of my sport. I ride a mountain bike, and often in 100 degree heat of South Texas. I can ride for three hours in that heat, and this RUSH gives me plenty of horsepower for the entire ride. I recently ran out and went for two or three rides with no RUSH. The rides were only average, and at the end I was worn out. Just whipped like I had been floundering at sea for hours. No strength left. But with RUSH, at the end of a hard-cranking locomotive ride through really tough terrain, I still have juice to produce.Another think I like is that this stuff comes on gradually, as if it activates as your body depletes its internal, natural energy stores. I get stronger as the ride gets longer, which is awesome. I consider this product a necessary component of my training now. It makes me better, faster, stronger, builds more muscle and I improve every time I ingest this stuff. Yeah, that is true.

I guess it works. It’s hard to tell with preworkout powders. This one doesn’t provide the tingle like some others do (at least for me). That doesn’t mean it’s not working. Let me clear about that. That usually depends on how much beta-alanine is in the powder itself. But I don’t know if mentally I train harder and longer because I know I took preworkout or if it’s actually working.However, I will say that since I’ve been taking it, I have burned more calories than usual (I have burned over 1,000 ACTIVE calories on gym days when I take this preworkout). The flavor is pretty good and doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste. The price is pretty decent as well. So, I would say it was worth it. Give this a try.

EDIT: I recently bought this again on Amazon and when I received the package, the inner seal was broken and there was powder everywhere. No worries though, I just submitted for a return and Amazon processed it with no problem. Unfortunately, the replacement suffered the same fate as the first package. I returned both with no problem, but I will not be buying this product from Amazon anymore until they figure out a better shipping method. Three stars only for the shipping problem.I've been using BSN products since 2007 when I was in Iraq. I started with NOxplode and eventually worked in several other products (please bring back Nitrix 1.0). I remember the first time that I took the NOxplode and felt like I never wanted to leave the gym. I stayed in there for easily two hours and this was when I was first getting into weightlifting. I mention this to give you some perspective, so when I say that Endorush made that first time with NOxplode feel negligible you will have a good understanding of what I mean. This supplement works great and works fast. It lasts a good deal past the workout and gave me energy throughout the day. There's quite a bit of niacin in it, which I found out after getting the flush several times. If you're sensitive to it, just be warned. I would highly recommend this product, but would urge caution to anyone who is sensitive to niacin or caffeine.

Endo Rush was a good preworkout for me. When taking it I felt a good boost in endurance in the gym. The lifts I was making before just felt extended for more reps. Usually when I would tire out, I just felt I could keep pushing reps.Overall good taste. It does produce a tingling sensation, but nothing too powerful. Also nothing that makes you feel jittery. I felt mentally awake and alert but not tweaked out, which is definitely good.All in all I really enjoyed this preworkout. Good for strength and endurance in the gym without being too strong with stimulants.

This product is amazing. I bought the island cooler about 30 days ago. I waited to write a review because I wanted to see how the effects were In a 30 day period. This product is awesome. I used one scoop in the morning and within 30 mins I feel naturally energized as if I just woke up and felt like I slept enough. It is not over powering. It did not give me jitters , hand shaking or making me feel as if I was having a heart attack. Just feels natural. Even if used every day for 30 days. No real side effects than I recommend a blendar ball for your container. It dissolves well but you will have some powder at the bottom. I just shake again and it's gone. This review is from my second order. Oh yeah I almost forgot they make sure your powder stays dry as they put 2 anti-moisture packets inside. Never clumped not once. And I live in Florida where the humidity is insane. Great product! Would recommend to everyone!

Upon opening the sealed container I noticed the powder was hard as a rock; the enclosed scoop was partially buried underneath the product and nearly impossible to get out because the product was so solid and hard. I do not recommend because it is a waste of money since it is non refundable.
