I love this drink mix! The taste is great and it does make you feel hydrated. I like this brand a lot more than liquid iv. I feel it has better nutritional value for the amount of mix. The price is great too!

I love the taste of this electrolytes powder, not only it has great ingredients, the forms of the vitamins and minerals in this are much better absorbed by the body than other synthetic forms.the only downside to this is it clumps very easily and it uses sucralose as its sweetener, I would prefer if it used monkfruit or even stevia
