We have well water and have never had decent pressure at our shower even though the tank pressure is set properly. Over the years we have purchased several shower heads looking for better pressure to shower with and NONE have worked. We recently took a trip and had to stay in a hotel and the shower was incredible. My wife decided she had to have another shower head to compete with the hotel. We decided to give this one a try. When it arrived I was skeptical because the head itself is really thin but went ahead and installed it. Right away it was much better than any we have tried in the past. (All from the big box stores). We are very happy with our purchase and definitely recommend this shower head and if we had another shower I would buy one for it. By the way we have the basic model.

This shower head is freaking AMAZING!!! Even with all the positive reviews, I was skeptical that it would be as awesome as everyone made it out to be at this price-point, but the price was too good to pass up so I bought it anyway. When I first took it out of the box, I thought I had made a terrible mistake. It is solid stainless steel and well made, but it is really thin and compact, more than any other shower head I have ever seen. But once I installed it and got in the shower, my reservations vanished. It transformed my low pressure shower into a luxurious deluge! I didn't even need to take out the flow regulator. It used to take me 5+ minutes to rinse all the shampoo/conditioner out of my hair, but with this shower head installed it is so much faster and easier. I absolutely LOVE my purchase... I wish I could give this 10 stars. You will not find a better product for the price! As some others have mentioned, this beats products i have bought for four times as much, or more.

Our water pressure is good throughout our house, but this head makes it feel like we have an additional water pump in our master bath. Moves freely and holds position well. I feel like it could be a tighter ball joint and may become loose over time. We have had it installed for 3 months and it still feels new, so time will tell how it holds up. I see no signs of rust, so I suppose the stainless steel is a higher quality grade. The flat design looks cool and the face is polished to a mirror finish. I mean you can see yourself like you’re looking in the mirror. The water outlets are rubber and feel like they could be popped out with little force, so be careful when mounting. Would recommend, similar offerings from Koehler and the like are 4 times more expensive.

I just installed this unit about an hour ago (which took me seconds to install) I, like some others was a bit skeptical about it's configuration, once I took it out of the package I noticed right away that it is solid. I took the advice of other reviews and took out the water restrictor out (it's very simple to do, I used a pair of tweezers to take out the wire mesh filter, the restrictor is underneath that just turn the head upside down and it falls right out, then replace the wire mesh). I was really impressed at the pressure this puts out, we now have a hotel quality shower now... To sum up we've purchased other shower heads from BB&B which were ok but they didn't reach our expectations and the prices are over inflated, for what this unit does and the price it's at you can't go wrong.... I hoped this helped.. :-)

I now consider this shower head a good value. Considering the price and description I was quite sure all the reviews were phony. I was also mentally prepared for a piece of junk I was going to have to return. Turns out this is a pretty nice shower head made of chromed metal, not chromed plastic. All the nozzles were in place and have been spraying in the right direction. The swivel moves so easily I've been worried that it won't hold it's position and just flop down. However, every time I've angled the head it's stayed right there with the water on or off. It was a very good price and I was about to pay twice as much until I decided to take another look around. I easily saved 50%.We use this shower head as an actual overhead rainfall nozzle. Our other chromed plastic head 'sploded when we turned the water back on after replacing a water heater. My wife is the main rainfall user and was worried that this measly 6" head wouldn't match the flow of it's 8" predecessor. She was pleasantly surprised at the amount of water this puts out. Now, I do not know what the flow is like with the flow reducer in place but I do know that without it the flow is pretty awesome. So awesome in fact that I'm sure my water and gas bill would be going up if this wasn't cutting my wife's time in the shower in half. No more 10 minute battle to get the conditioner out of her hair.Other thoughts...the flow reducer was a cinch to get out. The seller sent me instructions and other reviewers had complained so I was prepared for a little effort. Nope, I just used a hook (hook and pick set) and gently removed the screen. I only had to hook the soft rubber on one side and gently pull straight out. After if was out I turned the head over and the reducer fell out into my hand. The screen went right back in just as easily as it came out. Total process was about 45 seconds. A little fresh teflon and the head screwed right on to the 1/2" pipe.Wife's been using this head for just over a week now and is still quite happy with it. If it fails in some way I'll try to follow up.

I loved the look and the water flow of the shower head, but like others have mentioned, it leaked profusely at the swivel ball joint. I’m returning it. UPDATED REVIEW: After I posted my review, the Seller contacted me, apologized for the problem and said he would have another sent. I have heard that before, but surprisingly, the Seller really did send another one, immediately and with a personal note saying he had checked it himself to make sure it worked perfectly. It does work perfectly and is just the right size—big enough for the rainfall effect without wasting water.
