Access the fotos from your phone is possible via Synology Photos **Q: Can I use 2-4TB SSD and use JBOD to get 8 TB storage?** A: I would say no. Using 2 4TB drives will only give you 4TB storage as one of the two drives is a mirror of the first one for fail-over. This is the purpose of NAS drive system. Synology website will explain the configurations in more detail. There are several excellent YouTube videos online to get more detailed information. **Q: Is your ds223 nas compatible with seagate 8 tb ironwolf harddrives?** A: Yes, this is exactly what I have in my NAS DS223. 8GB seagate iron wolf. They work really well. **Q: Can I use the HGST WD Ultrastar DC HC320 8TB with the synology ds223?** A: Did not see it it in compatibility list.
