This item converts it properly. Super tight fit. The 110mm side fits tightly around the outside of the 110mm pipe (the main part of the pipe not the female end) and the 100mm side fits internally on 100mm ducting or flexible ducting. It’s well made and not at all flimsy like others. A little pricey compared to buying from some wholesalers but you pay for the convenience and delivery. If you were to buy just the adapter with delivery from elsewhere it would be this much anyway and take longer to arrive. Will buy again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by P***L on 23 September 2021* A very solid and well made product, giving a smooth transition from 150 to 100mm. The extra long tails make fitting any flexible ducting quite easy, as there is plenty of room for a cable tie. No problem in fitting the 150mm end onto a Neff hood as the inside diameter is just over 151mm - in fact I added a couple of screws to stop the adaptor being blown off when the fan is on full power.
