A bit disappointed with this product
A bit disappointed with this product.The good - Pet smells are gone.The decent - Dust is maybe half of what it used to be.The bad - Instructions should be a lot better.More bad - The Ozone generator is irrelevant as the stench gas makes you vacate the area, then you MUST open doors, use fans to blow out the horrific smell which negates what you were trying to accomplish in the first place.I am hoping, I am just using it wrong (because the instructions suck) and maybe I will find more efficient way to use this product..

horrible fan noise
The problem I have is the noise, horrible fan noise, I build computers, and I now choose silent fans, this thing is way to loud to show that Sunheat even cares about how quiet it is. It would be very easy for them to include a quiet fan, but they choose not to.So now you get the 2 star, only can run this when I am not home, as the sound like an airliner is way too annoying.

Super great performance.
Worked well out of the box. This is my second unit. I was very pleased with the performance of the first unit which worked 24/7 for 4 years and I expect the same from this unit. It's the same model and has functions other air cleaners do not have and is fairly quiet compared to others I have had.

Nosier than I expected, we end it shutting it off when in the room because it is just too much.

Best Air Filter We Purchased.
We tried other Air Filters - This worked the Best of ALL!Fresh air - You can almost smell the crisp clean air coming from this air filter. It's taking care of a 1575 sq feet Condo - placed in a centrallocation.

SEE excerpt before buying
excerpt from instruction manual page 9 "Note: PURIFY does not work if ozone is off (Note: Ozone can only be used in an unoccupied space) I bought this because my wife has COPD. But, according to the instructions, it cannot purify the air when the room is occupied. That means this is totally useless.

Can't believe how it has helped my breathing and sleep. The entire house feels cleaner! Great product!
