Over about a month of use it didn't do much anything for my skin, but every skin type and problem is different so that doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you. After about a month of using it, I actually went to see a dermatologist and they told me that you shouldn't use oil on inflamed skin (I have inflamed sensitive skin that is prone to rosacea), since it can actually make your condition worse. The rosehip oil didn't make my skin worse.
