It feels well made, putting it together took less than an hour and was made easy by each part being clearly labelled. It also fits easily into the space - it doesn't have parts that overhang making it take up more space. To my kitten, the room is twice the size thanks to this cat tree. My only concern is he loves the balls hanging by elastic so much that, while currently they've held up well, in the future I think I may need to find a replacement if he manages to break them off.
