Q: Is there a warranty for the key? Mine quit working but the 2nd one is working fine (I've tried 2 other batteries)

Little warranty. Call first and they can walk you through it to make sure all is being done correctly. Could be the battery. Could be workiking but key not lined up to door properly to work.

Q: How long does it take for the door to lock behind Your pet?

Thank you for asking about this! Though we do not have a specific timeframe for this, the door will lock several seconds after the key is taken out of range, typically within around 10-15 seconds.

This is a great question, Kim! The SmartDoor™ can only five programmed keys, so you would not be able to have separate keys for seven dogs programmed to this door. We do apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
