I have been looking for a reasonable Jump Start battery bank for quite some time that reviewed well and would be large enough to jump start my 5.7L Hemi in my work truck. Like many I was apprehensive but the positive reviews and Lightning deal made me pick one up. Today my battery was dead and wouldn't start my truck because I left an inverter on all night and this product worked flawlessly, normally I have to hook up jumper cables to a spare battery and wait a few minutes before starting. I have many small to large battery banks and the one thing this battery bank has that the others do not is a 10 amp 12vdc output, most standard battery banks that have multi volt outputs are limited to only 2 amps max on the 12vdc output. The inclusion of a flashlight, 19vdc output, dual USB output, multiple power tips, cigarette power plug cable and 2 charging options makes this product a clear winner and this all comes in a handy carrying case. The one thing to take note is that you need to charge this after opening and a full charge can take 5-6 hours.Update 9/14/16: Two days ago my truck battery had gone bad and I had to use this to jump start my truck 6 times over the course of the day while on the job. Even after 6 successful jump starts it still shows as 100% charged and stops charging within a minute when plugged into the charger. This is a must have for anybody who uses their vehicle for service work and can find themselves in situations where a conventional jump start is not possible or available.

The battery on my Range Rover Supercharged 5.0L V8 was dead down to 2.45 volts and wouldn't start the vehicle - nothing was turning, no lights whatsoever. I tried a neighbor's Winplus portable car jump starter and that didn't work at all (no noise, no turning, no lights). Bought and tried this starter and while initially connecting it also yielded nothing at all, pressing the Boost button did the trick - the head lights flickered and the vehicle started up with ease. Oh, and this jumper battery was still fully charged after this jump (I plugged it back into the wall and battery indicator came on to 5 bars and powered off seconds later). I'm still in shock this thing works so well!

Wanted to get an emergency jump starter for sometime, did some research on you tube and saw how this one would start with out a battery. As I need this type of applications I purchased. Once it arrived I did a full charge and gave it a test. I have a diesel generator that the battery went so I figured I would try. Seeing as how a diesel has greater compression I figured it would be a good test. I connected to the cables and gave it a shot.Low and behold the generator started, I checked the remaining charge left and it still showed 100%. No the only test with to see how long the charge will remain in the unit and to see how long the battery lasts.

If you own a vehicle, then this is something you NEED--the perfect gift for anyone. My kids drained my battery last week listening to music--this little starter worked like a champ! I am a woman with not a lot of auto skills. There is a green light to assure you that it's connected correctly (red vs black), it's a true "idiot proof" design that even my kids could understand! It's a great deal and worth every dime....in fact, we are buying another one for our second car! On a side note, don't overcharge the battery--it's a lithium ion.

I ordered 2, one for each vehicle. These are AWESOME!!!!!! Small but will crank your car with no problem. Has flash light & phone charging port. Two male friends checked these out & thought they were so cool, they were ordering for their cars!I did not receive these from vendor to try out. I purchased these because a friend had one & jumped started my Tahoe.

I've had this for a short time, but I've already used it a lot. A family member was having issues with their battery and I used this everyday, for about a week, before charging it up again. (it still had a sufficient charge to keep going) It was left in their car, in the cold, and the car started right up the first time, every time. It's small and well worth the money.As for a shortcoming, it comes with a bag, but the bag can't hold everything. I've taken the liberty to adapt the products box by attaching a handle to it for ease of portability. Problem solved.

Purchased this Jump starter after days of watching reviews on youtube and this one blows the rest out of the park. I used it to jump start my car with a weak battery without a hitch. Great product, and I appreciate the HONESTY of the product capabilities unlike many of the other portable power packs out there, including the NOCO Genius Boost that rate their product with high specs and FAIL real life performance tests. Highly recommended.

I just jump started a V8 engine. The battery was removed for testing purposes. This jump starter did not hesitate starting up my V8 F250. I will diffidently recommend this product to family and friends. Its compact and comes in handy everywhere you go. Even if you just need a portable battery pack for your phone or tablet. Lets just hope that it will last for a couple of years.
