I use this to flour bannetons when making sourdough-based and artisan breads. It's worked great. Nice, fine texture, nothing sticks (which is excellent) and doesn't add any unwanted flavor or texture, so high marks for the flour itself.The plastic packaging arrived with a small hole it in, as it shipped with other items, and a bit of flour leaked out. Not a big deal; put it in a canister, and I don't think a traditional paper bag would have faired better. I've also gotten to dislike zip-top packaging, which never works as well as it should. I guess plastic has a longer shelf life (without a hole in it) and is easier or cheaper to manufacture, but it's ironic that flaw in the organic, sustainably farmed product is the plastic packaging.

This works really good, and it’s a gf option in making dog treats. But it’s more gritty, so it’s more crumbly

I use this on my face and chest, mixed with organic coconut oil, as a mask. The flour is fluffy and feels great on my skin. I’ve not cooked with it, so can’t comment on that, but I highly recommend this as part of a skin care routine. Two thumbs up!

The rice flour is light and shifted well into a fine powder. I using this for hair and facial DIY product.

Might be a great quality product, but for Keto baking it produced a 'sand' like crunchy grit, and a mushroom flavor in my Keto bread rolls. :(

It made the best vegan, gluten free cupcakes.

Use it for a face mask mixture. It really works wonders
