Metal Scoop Coaters Scoop coaters are a key tool for proper emulsion application. Emulsion Scoop Coaters now come in many sizes. You can pick any size from 6-20 inches (Call for additional sizes). Please keep in mind that most screens are measured to the outside diameter and there is about 4 inches of screen frame that doesn't need to be coated. For example: A 20×24 inch screen will only require a 16 inch Scoop Coaters
