Single pole, easy to install. (Be careful that bare wire does not extend beyond the wire nut). They included wire nuts with metal inserts in the tops. And they included 3 different color slip-on turn-wheels so you can match the walls or cover plate. I was impressed. And yes, it worked perfectly with the dimmsble LED ceiling bulbs.
