**Q: Are these good for butchering all day in a butcher shop**
A: I don’t think so, more of holiday once in a while type of deal.

**Q: Does this come with a guard?**
A: No, it does not. Comes in a box that fits the knife nicely and lays in a cut out that's shaped like the knife. Once you lift it out it has a small point guard on the tip...

**Q: Where is it made / manufactured?**
A: The knife is made in China.

**Q: Is this item dishwashers safe**
A: This knife is our pride and joy!  Silly, I know.  We bought it for buying meat in bulk and butchering to our liking.  I don't put it in the dishwasher.  After use I clean it and put it back in the original box and store under the kitchen hutch.  Great price!

Used for first time today to slice a pork loin into 24 steaks and a full sirloin steak into 36 steaks super sharp cut through the meat simply. I’d say defo good value for money well made strong item ideal for its intended purpose
