The packages don't open nearly as easily as breathe-right, which at night in the dark can be an issue. Also, at times they do not stick as well and do not open my passages as well, but that happens more infrequently than before. I've been using these on my cheek (pull the nose out to the side) and these work well for that and are much cheaper than the brand that is made for that use. I've learned that that method does actually work better than on the nose and opens my passages better and allows better air flow. The brand that is designed for that use costs about $0.40 per unit or $0.80 per night, which is crazy expensive for what you get.
