Fits perfectly over a large fry pan - perfect for dumplings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by M***E on 3 November 2024* I bought this steamer to steam bao buns, and it worked great for those, but I also use it to steam vegetables and I am literally stunned at how delicious the vegetables taste after being steamed in this bamboo steamer. There is no comparison between steaming in a pan and using a bamboo steamer. It is very easy to use and comes with a metal ring that goes on top of the pan of water and then the bamboo steamer sits on the ring. The ring offers flexibility in terms of the pan size and creates a stable base for the steamer. It also includes a dumpling press and a round metal cutter (like a cookie cutter) for cutting the dough into the right size for dumplings or bao buns. The price was reasonable.
