This is my first bag of this brand. There is nothing in it but Coconut Milk powder & it is naturally sweet & delicious. Has a nice coconut flavor, I use it for baking etc. Used it with peanut butter powder for for protein bars. The MCT oils in coconut are very nutritious. Have not used yet for creamer in coffee, that's next. Quite pleased & will purchase again soon.

This has to have maltodextrin, or some thing cut in, because it does not taste natural, very processed, but again without having an actual list of ingredients you don’t know what they added to this. Definitely something I wouldn’t trust.

I've been using this product for a few months and it's become a pantry favorite. It dissolves well and tastes great, mild and a bit sweet. Last batch was very lumpy, so I threw it in the blender and now it's fine. I'll probably do that with every bag because it tends to be at least a little lumpy. I love that's it's just 100% organic coconut powder and nothing else. I wouldn't buy the ones with additives, which happens to be almost all of them.

Great taste! It doesn't have maltodextrin like other brands. It dissolves well in both hot and cold water. Highly recommended.

Got this brand recently after my prior favorite began adding a small amount of Acacia fiber to the product to help deter clumping. I didn't like that. The texture in the mouth when eaten 'neat' had changed.This one does not have anything but coconut milk powder in it - just as I prefer. I put in my coffee, which elevates the creaminess and mouthfeel without imparting much coconut flavor. I also eat it straight as an excellent source of dietary MCTs.When first opened the product is light and fluffy with some clumps here and there - but not an excessive amount. The clumps seem to dissolve as rapidly as the powder does. I like that it hasn't developed new clumps in the week-plus since being opened and zip-locked closed between uses.It quickly melts in the mouth if eaten as powder- and I think the taste is superb. YUMM :-)

It tastes good and mixes fairly easy. I like to add it to spicy ramen. I wish there was some sort of guide for how much to use or nutritional info printed on the pouch. Overall a good product.

I bought it because I thought it would taste like coconut for a flavor to my coffee, but it was another .. product that cost money without having great results.
