It cuts through wood smoothly and consistently, and the chain speed feels strong enough for regular garden tasks like trimming branches, cutting logs for firewood, or tackling small-to-medium pruning jobs. What I like most is how user-friendly it is. The saw is lightweight and balanced in the hand, making it comfortable to use even for longer stretches. It’s easy to start and control, and I appreciate the thoughtful design that makes switching tasks quick and straightforward. As it’s part of Bosch’s 18V system, it fits the same batteries I already use with other tools, which is super convenient (just remember the battery isn’t included). The build quality feels robust, it definitely has that reliable Bosch feel.Overall, a very useful addition to any toolkit, ideal for anyone who wants a portable, efficient chain saw without the bulk of a full-size model. Definitely recommend if you want a practical and capable garden tool! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant, small, powerfull and easy to use. My best purchase this year! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 August 2026* This is now most versatile garden power tool in my garage. So easy to oil and use and clean before putting away. It can be used with either hand in tight working spaces and it really does cut well. I have cut plenty of 2" to 5" branches with ease and accuracy and the chain is still sharp. My 2.5Ah battery lasts well and one charge is sufficient for my needs. Verry pleased and good value purchased 'bare'. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great light yet powerful tool. Wouldn’t be without it. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 August 2026* I love this tool!! I never thought something this light and small could be so powerful. I was cutting down tree limbs over 8 inches in diameter like a hot knife through butter. It’s so portable and versatile that I was able to use it one-handed most of the time. Depending on the intensity, the battery can go fairly quickly on large limbs but overall the battery life on ‘normal’ use was great. It’s well made and robust like most Bosch products however there is a glaring safety issue that when the guard is off to remove debris/change chain etc, if the trigger is depressed it will still operate. I found this a little unnerving but that aside, a great tool that I now wouldn’t be without. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bosch Home and Garden Cordless Compact Pruner Saw EasyChain 18V-15-7 (for Cutting Through Wood; 18 Volt System; Chain Speed: 6.95m/s; Without Battery) - BOSCH GBL18V-71N 18V Cordless Compact Blower, 167 MPH (Bare Tool) - Bosch BAT612-2PK 18V Lithium-Ion 2 Ah Standard Power Batteries, 2-Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fi/products/584100800-mini-chain-saw-easychain-18v-15-7-for-cutting-through](https://www.desertcart.fi/products/584100800-mini-chain-saw-easychain-18v-15-7-for-cutting-through) --- *Product available on Desertcart Finland* *Store origin: FI* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
