It was packed very well except FedEx.There was two big gashes in the box , but luckily no issues. It was fairly easy to put together the booklet that came with it.Instructions was very good , better than most , but could have been a little larger in print. So this is day one, and so far, the seat in the back rest are extremely comfortable.The petals are very, very nice and comfortable.\nThe noise is barely nothing. The l e d screen is very good in size and readable for those that have a vision disparity , l o l. It is very Easy to get in and out of. The pedals are very small.The Pulse works very well not as accurate as my watch.But it is what it is. So far , so good and me and my wife are very happy so far.
