Jeff Foxworthy's You Might Be a Redneck If Game

This game is funny!The more familiar you are with Jeff Foxworthy's "Redneck" jokes,the better your chances.When the game begins, you are a Redneck character-unless you decide to use beer bottle caps as tokens.At the beginning you already own your own rundown trailer (So you're in better shape than most U.S. residents)...but I digress.The object of the game is to obtain a a bag of jerky,a hound dog, a recliner,a flyswatter, a television ,and a satellite dish. This is accomplished when you follow a path around the board and obtain the cards representing these items, from certain areas.If you want an intellectually stimulating game this isn't it."Checkmate" is not a word you will hear while playing "You Might Be a Redneck If..."Yet in all fairness,you have to have some degree of brainpower to win this one, because you need to remember practically every Redneck joke that Jeff Foxworthy ever came out with.If you haven't memorized them you won't win but it's still great fun making up your own jokes. I've noticed that in some parts of the rural South-places where the Dueling Banjos music in the background is the only thing missing and most of the population fit the dictionary definition of "redneck," people there may not be amused when you pull out this game.But IMHO if they're not, they should give it a chance.This game is friendly to everyone and not offensive to anyone.I hail from Missouri and I think it's humorous. I've seen people from the Missouri Ozarks laugh hard through the whole thing. I recommend it for the whole family and for people from all walks of life.

We bought this game to play at the cabin with family. We had a good time. It was entertaining and comical in a dumb humor way. It's not a game you'd get any educational value from unless you want to learn about being a Redneck... but what would you expect given its name. Good for laughs by playing a couple times of year... more than that, it may get old.

From goin' barefoot to hootin' and hollerin', our family has a red-cheeked and belly bustin' good time whenever we play. We do have to switch over to teams if there are more than four players - wish it had been designed for 6 or 8. We really enjoy this game a LOT!

I wanted to buy a Redneck game for Christmas but had a hard time finding one. I ordered one through Amazon but they told me I probably wouldn't get it in time for Christmas. Luckily I found another one through Amazon. I chose to pay for express shipping just to make sure I got it in time. I was shocked at how fast it came in. The game was a lot of fun.

It was purchased as a gift for friends. Good fun and laughs.

Got this for my Dad for Christmas a few years ago. We all sat around and played it later. It was fun. Lots of laughs all around!
